How to Play Poker

Each round of Poker is facilitated by a dealer. The dealer is responsible for shuffling the deck and dealing out cards to players. The dealer may be a player or a non-player. The dealer role is typically played by one player, but other players may also take turns being the dealer. The dealer will receive a chip each round. The dealer is responsible for certain betting rules depending on where they sit at the table.

A player’s winning hand is determined by the highest five-card hand. The player with the best hand wins the round and all of the money in the pot.
